Payment

-I only accept PayPal
-Payment can be made before or after the sketch
-Sending payment means that you accept my Terms of Service
-Paying plan: I accept, only work step by step, depending on how many guessed is agreed
-You have 24 hours to send the payment. Otherwise I will select another commission

Artist Rights

-I reserve the right to use and offer rejected sketches for pieces for future works and YCH auctions.
-I reserve the right to refuse the service or cancel a commission. The payment is reimbursed in whole or in part, depending on the reason and how far I got with the commission. (See Canceling and Refunding)
-I reserve the right to change my terms of use at my own discretion.
-I keep the rights to the work of art, including the publication of the artwork in a public forum, portfolio, etc.

Commission Rights

-You may publish the finished commission in your gallery, with mention or linking me (Viodino).
-You (the customer) must not edit/edit the work! Only on arrangement/demand! You can cut the image material or reorganize to create background images, forum banners, symbols and further for non -commercial purposes.
-You may not use the work commissioned for commercial purposes, unless this has been agreed beforehand.
-If you don't want the drawing to be published, no problem, just let me know beforehand.

Canceling und Refunding

-Full Refund is only possible if I didn't start the commission.
At the works started, I deal as follows:
Sketch ready, customer gets 60% of the money back
Lineart finished, customer gets 20% of the money back
Flatcolo ready, customer gets 10% of the money back
Shading ready, customer gets no reimbursement-I I have nothing against that you cancel or break down a commission.
But before you return the money by the payment provider, be so polite and inform me beforehand so that I can refund the agreed price.

Other

-The finished artwork I can send you as a PNG file by email or telegram for the complete resolution.
-I do not accept commissons with a short deadline, please come early and look at my current commission list. Please report at least 2-3 months in advance.
-I would like to publish the WIPs that are created on the order on social media, if you do not agree, please let me know.
-I accept any correction before I end the commission. If it is larger corrections, costs can arise.
-After staining the commission, I delete the file after a few days, so be sure that I have not forgotten anything. Please write me on it.
-Basically, I work my list according to the series, if you want to get there before, this leads to high and additional costs.
- I also have a normal private life, so please be patient with me. You can always ask me updates about your commission! But please not every two days!
-I give no precise information on how long one can take your commission.
-If after reading this TOS you should be a little unclear, please contact me.
